If you ever see this t-shirt:
please don't purchase it as it's a rip off of my deviation here:
The brand is called Factor Outfitters and they claim it to be a US registered trademark. They have several outlets in here, Indonesia, and some in Singapore (which then makes me wonder if the brand is a US registered trademark why is it there's not a single store there?).
I've been trying to contact the company but so far they didn't give positive response or willingness to resolve this matter. All they threw at me are just “We’ll handle this immediately” and “We’ll contact you again soon” and it has been going for a month.
I decided not to publicize this before because I'd like to talk to them first because maybe they'd pay immediate attention to this but judging from the way things went, I think it's about time I take steps to raise people's awareness and prevent them from buying 'stolen' item.
They have a website and a facebook page. They don't put said t-shirt in the website but it's still being sold in store & outlets here in Jakarta, even after I sent them a C&D Letter asking them to took it down. I know because I've seen it myself.
If this publication still doesn't work I'm afraid I might have to take this to court. Hopefully not though. Wish me luck.
